The Carter Center interview questions

I am shocked by how bad the process was. Waited over a month just to do a phone screening. The interview request email badly needed proofreading. My interviewer was an hour late to the phone call. She said she will get to me in 10 minutes... it took 30. The questions were long and convoluted, as if she created them with ChatGPT. I asked why she liked her job and she stumbles over all her answers. I never got a rejection letter. When I sent a follow-up question to my interviewer, she ghosted.
