Interview
The interview process (so far) has been easy and smooth. I am waiting on a second interview currently, but things seem to be pretty straight forward and direct, as they should be!

Question 1
How do you see your experience as a chef consultant as a help to becoming a recruiter?
Brief interview process consisting of 2 interviews. The recruiter asked about my previous experience and explained the commission model and how the company operates during a 30 minute phone call. Explained that it will be a 100% commission based 1099 contract position. 2nd interview with leadership.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Chef Agency
Interview
I thought the reviews about the CEO would be wrong (you can search what I mean - he calls people horrible names in meetings). I immediately got the sense that working under this person would be very difficult and bad for my mental health. That's kinda all there is to say.
