Filled out an application. Made an appointment with the Store Manager for an interview. Interview was short. Manager looked at my CV, asked some questions and expressed some of the things she disliked in her experience as a customer in other places, and looked for feedback from me. It was pleasant and easy. She offered me the job at the end of interview. We reviewed my availability.

One interview with pretty standard questions. They have you come on site. The manager interviewed me along with another applicant at the same time and we went back and forth on our answers.

Interview
Very casual, just asked simple and basic questions. Made me feel comfortable, as it was my first interview. I expected it to be challenging and the interviewer to be strict but she was very nice and smiled, which helps. She just asked a few questions and my availability, and that she would get back to me in one week. The process took about 15 minutes.
