Interview
The interview only took about twenty minutes, and she asked the most basic questions - describe your customer service skills, what are your strengths/weaknesses, etc. I later learned they were desperate for help so I don't think they were vetting applicants very thoroughly. The back room (where the interview was held) was in complete chaos, which should have been an indicator of how employment there would go.
