Interview
The manager was very accommodating in that since I couldn't make it to the group interview the next day she offered to do a 1:1 interview the following week. You introduce yourself and get asked pretty standard behavioral questions, and remember the customer is always first. Make sure you sound comfortable with actively recruiting customers for the PLACE card.
Got a call a couple days later to go in for a second interview the following week. She asked a couple more questions of what you would do in certain situations related to the job, then explained the process of starting out as an employee and scheduled me to come in the following Monday to train on the floor.
