You initially have to take an assessment when you apply, if you pass the store you are applying for will get your application, but if you fail the store will not receive your application. I had to have an interview with the store manager, another manager from another store, and then the district manager.

Interview
I interviewed with the store manager for an associates position and got the job, 2 years later I got promoted to store lead and any management position requires you to interview with the district manager. I had a phone interview with her and the process was simple because I had been with the company a few years prior and had interacted with her before.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Children's Place (Vancouver, WA) in June 2016

15 minute interview, it was very casual. I got a call that evening with the DM and I started next day after interview with minimal training. Very laid back interview, not really any difficult questions.
