Interview
Saw an ad on Craigslist and sent in resume. Got a response asking me to come in for an interview. I went in and the manager told me about the responsibilities and how busy and stressful it gets, etc. They asked for my schedule and that was about it. They gave me a card with the link to fill out the online application and assessment.
Interviewed with the store manager first she liked me so I had to go through two more interviews. One with the district manager and another manager at a different Location.

Interview
I interviewed with the store manager for an associates position and got the job, 2 years later I got promoted to store lead and any management position requires you to interview with the district manager. I had a phone interview with her and the process was simple because I had been with the company a few years prior and had interacted with her before.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Children's Place (Vancouver, WA) in June 2016
Interview
15 minute interview, it was very casual. I got a call that evening with the DM and I started next day after interview with minimal training. Very laid back interview, not really any difficult questions.
