Interview process was two-fold. A phone interview with the recruiter led into an in-person interview with the manager and senior associate. Within 2 days of the interview I was offered the position and accepted.

I first had a phone interview which was super comfortable and the woman interviewing me was helpful. I was then scheduled for a face to face interview which also went well, we talked for around an hour and I thought we had a good rapport. He made it seem like I was a candidate for the next round of interviews and even introduced me to another lady who would be in the next panel interview. I got an email ten days later saying I was no longer a candidate. I am confused, but overall it was a learning process I guess.
