Applied online... didnt hear anything for like 5 months and then talked to recruiter. About two weeks later, had interview with three individuals on the team. Asked about myself and my experiences, asked 3 behavioral questions (1 on ambiguity, 1 on challenges, 1 on team leading). And then asked questions of team in the end. Didn't get the position but they were very nice and encouraging
