I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Phila, PA) in Nov 2014
Interview
I was at their office for their final interview, which consists of a presentation and 2 rounds of interview. First thing I notice is that the entire office does not have a single minority male. It seems like hiring some old minority females will fill more of their diversity/protected class quotas more efficiently. They asked basic behavioral questions and some analytical questions. They will ask simple arithmetic questions and some slightly harder analytical questions. I got all the analytical questions correct. Apparently, hardly anyone get some of the analytical questions correct. Which led me to believe I would have an advantage since I got the questions right. No offer.

Interview
Pretty easy and straightforward. Had three rounds. One with HR then a long one with team leads and senior management. Very friendly. Wasn’t too long. I was asked the same questions in the different rounds.

Question 1
Name a time you worked in a group and had to deal with someone not performing.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Franklin, TN) in Oct 2024
Interview
Simple, phone call, then flew me to Franklin for a super day type interview event. Easy questions, just be a decent person and be passionate about wanting the job. Had an offer before I left town.

Question 1
They asked simple questions: "What is an underwriter?"
I thought the questions that were asked were fair and reasonable. There were several questions asked in multiple interview rounds. Each interview round I interviewed with a different person. Each person asked me different questions.
