I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Cigna Group
Interview
Quick and Efficient! The recruiting and scheduling team work very well together to prepare you for the interview providing itineraries, test links for virtual interviews and even resources to learn more about the company. However the recruiter stopped responding to email once I was no longer considered which was a bit unexpected considering the rapport we had built.

Interview
It was a typical interview process, in which I first met with the recruiter and then had an interview with the hiring manager. However, the overall organization of the interview process was disorganized and untimely. I didn’t receive confirmation of my interview with the hiring manager and WebEx information until the day of. In the two week span between speaking with the recruiter and confirming my interview, I followed up multiple times and never received a response. Overall, this led to me reconsidering even interviewing and walking away from the potential opportunity altogether.
