It was a good experience getting an interview with the company. It is very organized. I had a notice of the intern position about a week before the interview. Unfortunately, my working authorization document was not ready at that time. So she didn't get too deep about me during the interview.
Quick 15 minute phone screen followed by zoom behavioral interview with common questions about your background and then day long super day where you speak to multiple senior leaders and give a presentation that is about 10 minutes long

Interview
They recruited on campus, and I applied online through Cigna's website and also my university's online career website. They did a first round of on campus interviews that were about half an hour long and were basic behavioral interviews to get to know the candidates better. Then, I was called for a second round interview that took place at Cigna's main location in Bloomfield and took several hours because I met with 5 different managers to see where I would best fit.
