The process was easy, I applied online at Cigna.com, was contacted via email about 3 days later with assessment to complete online with 48 hrs. Received phone call the same day for interview to be set up for the following day. Went to 1st interview on Friday and was called on Tuesday for 2nd interview on following day. 1st interview was behavioral questions (name a time that you..give me an example of when you..) 2nd interview was more relaxed, got much more details of what the job is and what it isn't and what they are looking for.
