I applied online. I interviewed at The Cigna Group (Dallas, TX) in July 2011
Interview
There was a phone interview and then an interview with two other professionals, one of which was a nurse and one was a doctor. Each of them had access to my paperwork and also another type of rating paper that they used. They were very friendly and asked questions that were related to how I would hypothetically react given a certain set of variables. The process was not stressful, but made me think on my feet.
