Started with a screening interview with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then a member of their team. It was a fairly straight forward process. It just took longer than expected.
The online interview process was smooth and positive. They seek an integrated experience with agency management, I liked the integrated agency management approach. The promotion plan test was required but fair.

Overall it was a long process that took about 4 weeks. There were about 3 or 4 rounds, depending on who all is available to meet with. Background check and drug testing required.
