Applied on a Friday and received an invite for a face to face interview on the following Tuesday via email. Had to bring in documents for background check which I was told would not be proceed unless I was offered the position. When I arrived I was given the wonderlick test ( 15 mins to compete 50 questions.). After completing this I was taken into a different room where I completed the interviews. One with the HR manager who went over benefits and the company culture. The HR manager asked general "tell me about a time when..." questions. Next was with the department manager who went more into detail about the position itself and asked more behavioral questions. Finally I interviewed with two of the claims auditor leads. I got more of preview of the day to day work life and was ask more behavioral questions. The whole process took about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I was told I would hear an update within the next 2 weeks. Exactly 2 weeks later I received an email from the HR manager requesting me to complete an assessment test and I would be contacted once completed. I completed the test within hours of receiving that email. It was strange because usually the assessment test is given before the interview. Over a week later I receive the automatic " thanks but no thanks" email. I was crushed because I thought the interview went great and my experience matched the job requirements perfectly. I even got good feedback from the questions I asked them. Overall I'm grateful for the experience and will take the time to reflect. If I could recommend anything to the company is to speed up the process. Potential employees take hours our of their day to interview with you. 4 weeks of radio silence is way too long.
