I had 4 interviews with 4 different people across one month. The interviews themselves were fine, pretty standard questions. However, after the last interview they ghosted me for 3 weeks. I reached out to them and then a couple days later I got a form letter of rejection from HR. I don’t have an issue with that normally but after 4 interviews I think they could be a little more personal than they were, and definitely more prompt. It feels like if I hadn’t reached out, I would have never gotten an answer.
