Initial phone screening, followed by a phone interview, then face to face interviews with four different interviewers at HQ. Everyone that I met was wonderful, and they all seemed to really enjoy their jobs. However, their interview process and communication is pretty abysmal. I didn't hear from them for three weeks following the phone interview, and then never heard from them again following the in-person interview, despite reaching out on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, the lack of communication (which seems somewhat disrespectful, if I am honest) left a poor impression, and I would not be inclined to apply with the company at any point in the future.
