An assessment centre consists of 4 parts, namely group discussion, interview, presentation and a networking session with the current employees at the bank. The whole process takes the whole morning.

Thorough interview with multiple stages. Interview took 2 hours but we did two presentations on banks and how they work with a final questions and answer section. The presentations are short with the question and answer section lasting an hour.

Interview
Initially completed online tests, however was then wrongly told I didn’t complete them on time and my application was withdrawn.
Despite this error was then offered a Skype interview which was to include in a presentation, although there was initially confusion surrounding the date of this as they were replying to a completely different persons email address with the same first name as me.
Completed the video interview and was told I’d hear back regarding the assessment centre, however I’ve not been contacted since and my emails ignored.
