The Collier Companies interview questions

The recruiter reached out via LinkedIn to me. I was given an introduction about the company. Roughly a week later the recruiter reached back out and informed me that there was a potential opening becoming available. She wanted to know if I would be interested. She then set up an interview with me and the Regional Manager. The interview took place. I would say it was easy to semi difficult. But, overall not bad at all. I didn't hear back from the recruiter for over a month. Asking me if I could drive up to Gainesville to their headquarters to meet with the VP of Operations. I met the VP. She was amazing!

First step was initial phone interview with corporate recruiter and gatekeeper. Second step was phone interview with department head. Final step was in-person interviews with the recruiter and executive team members. One day process with 5-6 separate back-to-back interviews.
