The Compleat Food Group interview questions

The first round was with technical manager on site, the questions were about senarios relating quality or food safety issues, and how I would react. The second round was with site head of techinical on site, the questions were about different situations in the roles, but more in depth and details.

A great experience even though I didn’t get the role. Communication and feedback was excellent. The whole process was organised and quick. The screening interview was detailed and the interview with the hiring director was friendly but tough.
