Zach Rainwater guided me through a very thorough interview process. If you're reading this with interest in joining The Connor Group and have him as a point of contact, just know you're in the BEST of hands. Truly the best recruiter I've ever dealt with.
Starts with an initial set of interview questions via phone, then a questionnaire to determine emotional/mental aptitude for the high pace environment. Followed by several video interviews with Recruiters, RVPs, Hiring staff etc. Wrapping up with a day in the field that really sets the expectation for the career ahead.

The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

Interview
After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.

First is the initial 15 min call from the recruiter ,next is a 30 min structured interview and this is a call as well, then video interviews could be 1-3 rounds , day in the field which would be on site.
