I was contacted by a Corporate Recruiter, who also works part-time for Container Store. She was trying to help fill an opening at the Container Store. Next, I met with the recruiter and she found out about my work history and career goals. Based on our conversation, she felt I was qualified for the opening and referred me to the interviewing manager at The Container Store. I followed up with two emails, before i got a response.
