The Coordinating Center interview questions

Call, group interview/interrogation. Very uncomfortable, one interviewer was snickering and making rude gestures. I felt as though there was too much pressure to perform at my best abilities. Difficult to do when 5 people are on the screen and your constantly focusing on the facial expressions of the smug one! Not sure why no one told her to stop! Affirmative action is obviously a lie.

Panel interview with multiple members of the team. This allowed the company to gain perspective from other people in the organization. The panel made me feel comfortable and asked insightful questions.
