Apply online, get called in for a "group interview" with the talent acquisition team, wait for another email, then you interview again with a department leader; in my case it was a Security Shift Manager

The questions that they ask are basic "employment" questions to evaluate if you're moderately intelligent and posses some kind of common sense. There were very few "security" related questions.
