Two interviewers took turns asking pre-assigned questions that directed the conversation to specific examples in my work experience that showcased my skill set.
On phone interviews/ discussions, followed by in-person interview where I met multiple different people on the staff and discussed how I would fit into the role and community at the Covenant School.

The interview process is lengthy! Expect to teach a lesson for them to observe, and expect to talk to at least three people, including the department head, the head of the upper school, and the chaplain. You will likely eat lunch with someone there.
