The Crack Shack interview questions

Three interviews: One with Marketing, one with operations, and one with HR. Was given a verbal offer but asked for my salary requirements and when I followed up and asked theirs they couldn’t answer the question. I was told they would follow up with a formal offer by the end of the week and I never heard back after three follow ups. They then removed the job posting and posted a lower hourly position.
