The process took 3 months. I interviewed at The Critical Path Institute (Tucson, AZ) in Aug 2024
Interview
The absolute worst interview process. After numerous rounds of interviews, presentations, zoom calls, in person interviews, and discussions with HR people all the way up to and including HRD...after 3 months of this song and dance, where I followed up almost weekly to move the process along, no one has ever gotten back to me. CLEARLY A CULTURE OF DISRESPECT VIS-A-VIS PEOPLE'S TIMES. If this is how they treat candidates, I cannot begin to imagine how they treat their employees!!!

Interview
A phone screen with HR, and multiple rounds of interviews with the consortium staff and project managers on other consortia. Summed up it took 6 - 7 hours of active interview time, which I found excessive.
