The Dart Network interview questions

One in-person interview with a panel 3 people - the manager I would report to and two potential coworkers. Probably 45-60 minutes of standard HR questions, a few situational questions and questions about my resume as I have a work history that is not directly related. I sent an email the next day, thanking the team for meeting with them and awaiting next steps. I received an offer email about a week later. HR gave me a week deadline to respond and I countered the day after the offer. I did not get a response about the counter offer so I sent a check-up email one week later. I received a reply 36 hours later saying that they would call me with an update. Finally got the answer after some phone tag that they were not able to move on the salary at all so I declined the offer and they want to keep me in mind for future positions that would meet my salary requirement.
