Initial application, followed by a screening call where they ask you questions from the Civil Service behaviour framework. These questions usually start with 'from the behaviour framework we are going to talk about "seeing the bigger picture"', and then they follow with the question.
Upon success of the initial call, you will be invited to an interview, which is about 2 hours long; 50 mins for the initial interview, asking typical software-developer questions (benefits of TDD, how do you keep your code clean?, etc) before a 50 min tech test, where you will pait with someone, they will give you a brief, and you will code.
