The Design People interview questions

Interview process went well. You just have to be there earlier as the bosses only stays until noon. Job offer is the one that took long. HR personnel are accommodating too. Security, employees from other departments, utilities are also friendly. To kill time, they will talk to you and encourage you.

Had an interview w/ the recruiter first (who I believe was a Fraternity brother w/ one of the muckety mucks there), Then had a phone interview. Then had a group interview with 3 people. This all took around 10 days, before I got an offer.
