The interview was very short with the supervisor. Almost casual. He asked very few questions and mostly wanted me to do all of the talking. I walked out thinking I didn't get it but apparently he liked being a lot of questions.

HR phone interview to qualify experience and expectations. Then a meeting with the hiring manager. Situational questions, work experience and why I wanted to work at TDC. Then a meeting with the VP. The entire process to about 6 weeks.
