The hiring manager was casual and easygoing. The questions were a bit difficult but shouldn't be too hard if you know how to interact with customers. It is mostly online based review, and it is a group interview.

The interview was easygoing and it was a group interview
with other applicants. The questions were handed out before the interview so that interviewees had time to prepare before the actual interview.

Describe a difficult situation and how you responded to that situation?
Group setting, they gave you a list of questions beforehand and you had time to write out some answers or bullet points to then share with the group. Everybody was very laid back and it was a low-pressure interview, which aligns with the vibe of the store as a whole.
