I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Emerge Center (Baton Rouge, LA) in May 2016
Interview
Oral interview and recommendation by LSU professor. Phone interview followed by panel interview, background check, educational status, certifications, licensing and medial history. It was a pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The Emerge Center (Baton Rouge, LA) in June 2011
Interview
I applied online and received a phone call to schedule an interview at the clinic. They were very flexible with the interview time and date knowing that I was a student and had classes during the day. The interview was with the BCBA in charge of all of the clients cases. He mainly asked about my major and why I wanted to do this job. He described what the typical day of work was like there and that was basically it. It was very laid back and I was hired after the interview.
