Rather long process.First on the phone with HR. Through the 2nd stage, which was composed of panel discussion and drawing a process map and a presentation. There were about 4 more candidates for the same role which made it slightly awkward whilst the discussion panel. All of use were trying really hard.

Telephonic and F2F in Dubai - case study, self presentation and interview. The F2F in Dubai involved coming over , staying for a day and making a presentation to the hiring manager.
