I applied through online and they sent a link to do the English test (basic). After some days they sent an invitation for the interview in Emirates HQ. HR divided us to 2 people's group(me and other guy who sat next to me). I have to tell about the other guy's intro(qualifications,exp,self intro). And i have to explain why he's good or apt for this job. That's it and i left. After 5 days they sent an invitation for the final round and they asked about the experience. Challenges in your previous company. Tell the challenging situation you faced in your previous company. Team work. Any situation where you helped your team mate in your previous company. Ever managed any angry customer in your previous company etc. HR is very friendly. Now I'm waiting for the feedback from HR. It'll take 3 to 4 week. This is a temporary job but after 1 or 2 year we can apply for the permanent and also any position available.
