Ho fatto un colloquio di gruppo, siamo partiti che eravamo più di 150 e man mano che si aumentavano facevano una cernita dei partecipanti. Mi vorrei concentrare sull'ultimo step che è quello più significativo, ci hanno divisi in vari gruppi e dovevamo creare un'iniziativa per pubblicizzare un elemento del turismo di Dubai, da lì hanno potuto valutare le qualità di leadership di ognuno e al contempo la capacità di prendere decisioni in pochi secondi
The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
