Interview
First there was the video interview that was fairly tricky and got asked generic questions and then I pass that and got to the next stage doing the long form application and the photos and I then had a final interview come through! I was so excited however felt like I did brilliant on the interview there was a lovely HR lady and I really wanted this but unfortunately I was unsuccessful I found out 5 days later!

The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
