Interview process is lengthy and detailed.
It started with a video interview, followed by a group discussion and then a one-on-on interview with HR, Line Manager and other senior management as relevant.

Done online through HireVue as the first round which is an online based interview where the question pops up on the screen and you need to record your answer. You will have a minute to prepare

Interview
Usually the entire interview process can take up to 4 weeks. The interview in a normal case will have 3 parts. At first, there will a test followed by a power point presentation. If you pass this stage, you will be called for the final interview. You will have to present yourself, you will have to impress the panel by your answer "why are you the most suitable candidate for this position and how can you add values to the role". You will have to provide a number of examples where you have gone beyond the limit and achieved exceptional results.
