Interview
Interviewed in 2016. Process was 2 days. One open day full day, with group activities and role play. Important things I noticed: 1- Don't be the one not participating, but also don't be the one participating too much - stay in the middle. 2- If you are presenting something done in groups, always talk about WE and not I. 3- When unsure, smile :) Final interview is about an hour, all behavioural questions. Answer following STAR method, and always find the "happy twist", the good side of things.

Tell me about a time when you helped someone. Tell me about a time you made a suggestion to improve business. Have you worked with someone you didn’t like? If so, how did you handle it? Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a co-worker who wasnʼt doing his/ her fair share of the work. What did you do and what was the outcome? Tell me about a time you misjudged a person. Tell me about a challenge at work you faced and overcame recently. Tell me about a time you resolved a conflict.
The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
