Hard selection process...make sure you are polished, properly dresses and styled, always keep smiling. After each round (group activities, English test) the recruitment team sends part of the people home. Those who remain until the end of the day will be invited for an interview usually the following day. Be ready to answer lot of questions like: "Give me an example from your previous job when you had to deal with a difficult customer etc..."

The recruiters presented the Cabin Crew benefits, requirements, salary, introductions of Dubai, Training process, lastly they will give you a unique number for each candidate. What i know is first stage (introduction), second stage (weight & height check), third stage (group discussion), and then english test, lastly one to one interview

Interview
tough process alot of people will be eliminated even at the first round, quite tough for a fresh grad with only 1 year of experience through internships to apply. Must be prepared to come with at least 2 years of jobs experience eventhough mentioned at least 1 year (to be safe).
They started with explanation about their company and we have first group discussion. Second step was also group discussion and arm reach for 212. And we did English test, and then the last step was final interview
