Face to face interview by the hiring manager. HR representative. Before that psychometric assessment which is basically personality evaluation followed by detailed feedback and discussion. They also provide tour of their facilities and also show sample accommodation.
The interview process includes an HR round to assess communication and fit, a coding round to test problem solving and technical skills, and a behavior round to evaluate past actions, teamwork, and decision making.
