I felt pretty comfortable in my interview. I was interviewed by the director of courses and the director of the school, who were both very easy to talk to and accommodating. Not many questions were asked, just a conversation about my past experience and what I would do in some situations. I then had to prepare a short demo on how to teach a particular grammar point.
