It consisted of a meeting in person with the head of Human Resources within the organisation. I already worked at the organisation so I just asked about the things that would be new.

Interview
Three Skype calls and a week long visit of 12 hour days, which you are expected to share an apartment with others, sleep on a horrible bed, have no interaction with other staff and barely meet other teachers.
