You usually go through a phone screening, interview with a manager and then a final interview with a region leader. It’s not super lengthy if they are hiring quickly, but you talk to a lot of people

Pretty simple. 3 quick rounds with some of the same, some different questions. 3 different people that you talk to. 2 of them were virtual, 1 was in person at the store.

I had 3 interviews. A zoom interview with an assistant manager, an in-store interview with a general manager, and zoom interview with the district manager. In general they asked me customer-service oriented questions.
