I had several interviews, an in person presentation, and a prototype. They make their candidates to a significant amount of free work, effectively building an entire roadmap for them, just to not get back to you and not provide any feedback. For a company that claims to value culture so much, this is a shameful practice.

Started with a Video call with the HR Rep. They were overall friendly and nice. Going into the role, I was frankly overqualified for both years and experience-wise based on the JD, and It seemingly went very well.
Next week I got a rejection, Only feedback given was they got a lot of applicants and needed someone that could keep up with the volume.
I literally explained to them the crazy amount of clients and projects I had to handle in my last position.
This was an interview that unfortunately didn’t come down to experience and know-how, but rather personality based on a 20 min convo like most jobs in marketing.

Overall process: HR screening followed by meetings with the hiring manager and 5-6 team members from different verticals.
The HR screening was rescheduled at the very last minute. The recruiter was very clear about the company culture and the next steps, which I appreciated.
The hiring manager showed up to the interview 5 minutes late with poor internet connectivity. He couldn't hear me well and asked me to repeat myself multiple times throughout the interview, and he seemed very displeased because of this. During the interview, he interrupted me almost every time I provided an answer. Given that the company culture emphasizes "play team" and showing gratitude to others, I did not sense these values being reflected in my conversation with this specific hiring manager.
