The FlexPro Group interview questions

I had an introductory call with a recruiter with their firm and it went well. Things took a drastic turn for the worse on the followup call with the Operations & Strategy resource who was not only condescending, he was too inept to answer any project management related questions. The question was posed to elaborate on one Pharma project. I elaborated on project structure, scope, budget, resource allocation, Cell Therapy product development that included formulation, clinical steps, commercialization, manufacturing, TPP, regulations, data analytics, product lifecycle, process characterization, supply chain, cost AND quality. After my elaboration, there was crickets. I followed up with a question in specific about SDLH and SDLC foundational policies that were specifically around the basis of the actual position applied for and there was again....crickets. Not only was this resource too inept to answer the question, he verbally admitted he didnt know WHAT I was referring to, talking about, nor did he have ANY experience with or as a Project Manager or ANY knowledge around what WE do. At this point I ended the call politely and followed up with the original resource I established a positive convo with. Word to those that have extensive experience within the Pharma sector as a PM, just dont with these folks. Disgusting energy, and most of all pernicious attitude. #DontWasteYourTime
