The Foschini Group interview questions

Interview process was not too hectic. It included an interview with 2 HR leads, and a technical assessment where you answer scenario based questions on a word document. Then followed by an SHL psychometric assessment.

The process is very easy and accommodating. They take the time to ensure you clearly understand the role, the expectations, and what a typical day-to-day would look like. The interviewers are engaging, approachable, and genuinely interested in making the experience comfortable. Overall, it feels well-structured, informative, and supportive.
