I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at The Future Factory
Interview
Fairly quick interview process but role is really just cold calling and sales dressed up as a creative agency role. Would only really recommend to anyone wanting to work in sales
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Future Factory (London, England) in June 2025
Interview
I applied for Future Factory through if you could jobs and received an invite to a video interview from Patrick one week later. I responded two hours after receiving the initial email confirming the time and date the interview would take place on.
The interview was a week later and I hadn't heard anything back. I assumed the interview was still going ahead and requested an invite to the call that morning only to hear back 10 minutes before that Patrick could no longer make it due to being called to a clients office last minute. The interview was then rescheduled for the following week and I was completely stood up with no contact at all.
Very disappointing overall as initially seemed like a good place to work for. If employees who are scheduled to interview potential candidates cannot make the interview because their schedule is too full they should maybe consider taking on some new members of staff and lightening the work load for current employees.

Interview
The interview process was nice and quick. The team were friendly and welcoming. Some interesting questions asked but also your common interview questions. Enjoyed the experience and learned a lot about the business and what they're looking for.
