I refused the interview at first since the role didn't align with my skills. The CEO requested the recruiter to arrange for a chat anyway. I agreed because of my interest in the industry. During the interview, the CEO first commented on how I was not suitable for the role. We, later on, have a conversation regarding lab-grown diamonds. From the conversation, I noticed that he didn't know anything about the jewellery market or the product itself. He also asked some inappropriate questions during the interview as well.
